Where Nexus Labor Group Works
We serve employers and job seekers across three counties and 15 towns along the Maryland–Delaware I-95 corridor.
Cecil County, MD
Cecil County sits at the northeastern corner of Maryland, bordering both Pennsylvania and Delaware at the head of the Chesapeake Bay. Interstate 95 runs the length of the county through Elkton and North East, linking the area directly to the Baltimore and Philadelphia labor markets, which means employers here compete with two major metro areas for the same pool of warehouse, logistics, and construction workers.
Harford County, MD
Harford County anchors the Maryland side of the I-95 corridor between Baltimore and the Susquehanna River, with Bel Air serving as the county seat and Aberdeen and Havre de Grace forming a second population and industrial center along the interstate. The presence of Aberdeen Proving Ground, a major U.S. Army installation, shapes a meaningful share of the county's logistics, facilities, and support-services employment base.
New Castle County, DE
New Castle County is Delaware's largest and northernmost county, and includes Wilmington (the state's largest city and a deepwater port on the Delaware River) along with Newark, home to the University of Delaware, and the historic river towns of New Castle and Delaware City. The county's mix of port, rail, and interstate infrastructure makes it one of the busiest logistics and distribution markets on the Delmarva Peninsula.
