General Laborer

Description

Nexus Labor Group is seeking dependable General Laborers for a variety of temporary, project-based, and workforce assignments with our clients. Assignments may vary depending on current client contracts and may involve warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, construction support, material handling, facility work, loading and unloading, or other blue-collar duties. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to different work environments, following supervisor instructions, working as part of a team, and completing hands-on tasks safely and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, sort, or stage materials and products.
• Assist warehouse, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or facility teams.
• Pack, label, organize, or prepare materials for movement or shipment.
• Clean and prepare work areas.
• Move tools, supplies, equipment, freight, or inventory.
• Follow work orders and instructions from supervisors.
• Use basic hand tools or equipment when trained and authorized.
• Perform repetitive physical or manual tasks according to assignment requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow client-specific safety, attendance, and workplace procedures.
• Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or other issues to supervisors.
• Perform additional general labor duties based on the requirements of each client assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous blue-collar, industrial, warehouse, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or general labor experience.
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the specific assignment, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
